Every Nutritional Plan is tailor-made for you by our team of experts, including graduates of the renowned sports university Cologne. Your Plan will only be created after you have entered your personal data. This is how we guarantee that every nutritional plan, be it weight loss, muscle building, or definition, always corresponds directly to your body, preferences, and goal.

The duration of your diet change can vary between 3 and 12 months. We will determine the details of your Plan after you enter your personal data and goal in the initial questionnaire. In addition, you can complement your Nutrition Plan and increase your fitness with the exercise Plans. Simple exercise sessions without additional equipment means you stay motivated and can do your workout anytime, anywhere. This not only increases your physical fitness, but also helps you achieve your goals even faster. For weight loss of 7 kg or more, we recommend our 3-month Nutrition Plan for Weight Loss. For a long-term diet and lifestyle change, we recommend the 12-month Plan. Both of these plans include the customized Nutrition Plan for Weight Loss, as well as further weight loss tips and tricks, weekly Shopping Lists and helpful support via email and expert Live-Chat.

If you focus on building muscle, you can build up to 3 kg of muscle with the 3-month Muscle Building Nutrition Plan. In addition to the Nutrition Plan, you will receive practical Shopping Lists, a variety of delicious recipes, and valuable tips and tricks to build muscle faster. For the development of 6 kg of muscle mass or more, we offer the 12 month Muscle Building Nutrition Plan.

If your goal is more muscle definition or the targeted removal of body fat, we recommend the Nutrition Plan for Definition and Fat Reduction, which will specifically reduce your fat content. You can reduce your belly fat and body fat percentage and develop your six-pack in 3 months. Of course, depending on the starting condition, it could take a bit long time for you to reach your goal. With the 12-month Nutrition Plan you can reduce a higher percentage of your body fat.
